Dashboard

Logged-in users see personalised home page showing them targeted information - messages, bookmarks, tasks, feedback on work and more.

It allows them subscribe to the areas of the site they are interested in, and see a personalised feed on the home page showing recent updates to those areas.  New pages, updates to pages and any new comments are all shown on the user's personalised feed.

By making it so easy for users to find recently updated pages, the dashboard also editing users to keep their areas up to date.

Students might subscribe to the subject areas they study, their teachers' pages and any sports or activities they are interested in.  Teachers might use the dashboard to keep up to date with changes to their department's pages and the staff handbook.
