Components can be arranged on a page in one of several patterns. Clicking the Change layout button brings up the Page layout dialog box, with five layout options available (N.B. the OK button is hidden by the pulldown menu in the screenshot):

Components can then be dragged into position using the Drag to move button Drag.gif. The layout options available are:

Single column: this is the default layout where components occupy the width of the page and are arranged one under another.

Right hand side bar: one component occupies a vertical space (bar) on the right hand side of the page whilst the others fill the remaining column on the left:-

Two columns: components can be dragged to occupy one of two adjacent columns:-

Three columns: components can be dragged to occupy one of three adjacent columns:-

Three columns, two row grid: components can be dragged to occupy one of six areas on the screen, arranged into a 3 column by 2 row grid:-
