Copy page

Selecting Copy page from the Tools > Edit this page menu makes a direct copy of the whole of a page, including all components and all formatting. For example, all the components making up a multiple choice test can be copied together, rather than having to do so individually.

The Copy page option then toggles to Paste page.

To paste the page contents into a new page, simply open the page and click in the component edit window and select Paste page.

If the destination page already has some content, then this content will be overwritten when the copied page is pasted in. A warning dialog box allows the option of cancelling the operation:

The process may be repeated if necessary as the copied page remains available to be pasted elsewhere.
