Viewing previous versions, modifying page properties and deleting pages
View previous versions
It is sometimes useful to "wind the clock back" and return to a previous version of a page, especially if a mistake has been made or some content has been lost. Selecting View previous versions from the Tools>Page menu displays the Versions bar (below) which allows access to all previous saved versions of the page which are still in the Firefly.NET database.
The example above shows 4 previous versions of the selected Firefly.NET page and the 1st one is selected for viewing. When the version is clicked, the option to View it and save it (Set as current) is presented, or to revert to the current version by clicking Return to current version.
Modify page properties
Selecting this option brings up the Modify page dialog box (below, with the Advanced tab open)
Note that the same effect can be achieved (and for any page too, not just the current page) by clicking the Modify page button next to the page title in the left hand menu bar:-
Delete page
Selecting this brings up the Delete page dialog box (below). Press OK to delete the current page.
