Support

We're a small company and close to all our customers.  As a result, the ongoing development of new features is determined entirely by what our customers ask us for.  We run a yearly users group meeting to bring everyone together to discuss best practice and future development.

We also maintain a collaborative discussion site, Lantern, for customers to share thoughts, best practices and templates with each other, and us.

For anything not covered by our documentation, we provide a ticketed e-mail support system for our clients. To submit a support request, please send an e-mail to support@fireflysolutions.co.uk. You should receive confirmation of your message, and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Training

We include a day of onsite training to a group of your choice to get you up and running as quickly as possible.  We also can arrange further training sessions on both Firefly itself and customising the look and feel of your site with CSS & Firefly Templates.

Users Group

Every year we bring all our clients together so that we can unveil our major release, as well as getting feedback on what we should develop next.  It also provides an invaluable opportunity for Firefly users to share experiences and best practice.
